Eat vegetable oil because it doesn’t cause inflammation as everyone previously scared you into believing.
At least according to this study…
All joking aside, if you feel fine eating vegetable oil and haven’t noticed any negative affects from doing so, then by all means continue to eat it in reasonable amounts.
If you feel that it’s not good for your Fibromyalgia flares or weight gain, don’t start eating it again just because of this study.
