Anti-inflammatory issues are big in fibromyalgia. There are certain foods that can help combat this, though. Foods that are high in Omega -22 and protein help fibromyalgia patients. Low-fat, reducing wheat, and eating fruit and veggies (except in the nightshade family) also play an important part in the diet.
