Fiber helps both the healthy and the unhealthy. If your bad health involves bad digestion as Fibromyalgia sometimes does, then it is wise to make sure you consume enough fiber.
But even if you happen to get your Fibro under control or don’t really suffer from digestive issues, you don’t want to stop eating fiber. Think of fiber as a friend to Fibro. Even better, think of fiber as a friend for life. Even if someone discovers a cure for Fibromyalgia, you need to stick with fiber through the thick and thin.
