- Carbonated, Caffeinated, and Alcoholic Beverages
- Fatty Foods and Red Meat
Ok… what’s left to eat then?!?
You have to remember that not everything on the above list is going to trigger an attack in you. More than likely, you will be able to eat some of the above items, so don’t panic that you have nothing good and/or healthy left to eat! As Ms. Bauer recommends, keep a food diary to see what triggers your attacks, then plan accordingly.
