It’s vital to enjoy food.
Yes, we all endure a variety of health problems and want to avoid weight gain or maybe even lose weight. However, if you don’t enjoy what you eat, you won’t eat healthy longterm because eating will become dismal.
Ugh. My taste buds literally just shrieked!
Also, having Fibromyalgia (as well as other chronic illnesses) often means people overlook us during the holidays, at least food-wise. Well, bah humbug on them! We want to enjoy ourselves, too, no matter are our food concerns. Some Fibro patients only eat healthy; some never do. Some mix it up.
We know what we need to do!
Therefore, I decided to post Thanksgiving recipe suggestions for Fibro diners, no matter what diet a diner follows. In this series, you will find a variety of recipes for all Fibro diets.
And yes, I know cooking is not possible for all Fibro patients, but some do enjoy it. If you are not a cook, pass on the recipes you like to the cook in your life, then sit and salivate!
