There’s a cookbook out based on the popular Self Magazine’s Drop 10 Diet that’s been such a hit for the last few years.
(Disclosure: I ordered The Drop 10 Diet Cookbook yesterday, but just received notification that the book’s out of stock! So I’m going to pick it up in person tomorrow, if I can track it down.)
The book simply offers a number of recipes that taste delicious and provide energy. They are super easy to make, too. Even better, it’s not the kind of cookbook that replaces sugar with wheatgerm in recipes or anything like that. It’s just full of healthy foods—and pre-organized shopping list suggestions—to get everyone on the right track for a lifetime of healthy eating with less hassle.
With so many of us wanting to eat healthy without suffering bad taste and spending all day in the kitchen, this book sounds like a wonderful alternative to the normal ineffective, weight-loss plans and scams!
