Salt is essential to live, but most people get way too much of it. Remember, eating more of it is not going to make you live forever.

The most common foods usually contain the most salt, leading to high blood pressure and cholesterol issues. But these are not foods that most of us think of as being salty. Now, the American Heart Association has compiled a list that identifies these foods.

Fibromyalgia patients are at a higher risk of suffering from dietary issues and weakened immune systems, so should take precaution.
