If trying to lose weight in order to better manage fibromyalgia and other issues, pay attention to the flavor and texture of food.
Food that does not appeal to the senses also does provide a sense of feeling full. Therefore, they do not make good diet foods.
And really, thinking of food as diet food doesn’t help, either. To lose weight and keep it off, adapt a healthy eating plan that includes tasty food and occasional cheats, rather than thinking of being on a diet forever.
