New evidence suggests that the biological processes of the brain play a big part in health issues like binge eating, obesity, Type II diabetes, and high calorie cravings.

People with fibromyalgia may want to take heed of this study, as they suffer from fibro fog and have a tendency to be affected by processed food and certain chemical elements anyway. What people eat makes a difference not only in how they think, but what they think. This factor may also play into the depression that is common among fibromyalgia patients.

This evidence could make a big difference in how everyone—including fibromyalgia patients— feels.
