Baby, It’s Cold Outside

Most of the U.S. is freezing. As I said on Twitter and Facebook, even Minneapolis is shutting down—now that’s cold!

Cold weather negatively affects many people with Fibromyalgia. Pain may increase along with exhaustion. Below, suggestions on how to prevent a Fibro Flare that may come in handy during this awful weather. The first one is…use ice! Have to laugh at that. But in all seriousness, while inside where it’s warm, ice could come in handy. Or, you may want to switch to a heating pad. One of the other suggestions is hot water. Anyway, have a read:
