It’s not unusual for people with health issues to turn to alcohol.
A new study shows that people with insomnia often binge drink. The reasons for drinking in any pattern are numerous: people with insomnia turn to it in hopes of relaxing enough to sleep, or those who suffer from other health issues might turn to alcohol to soothe their nerves or in protest against lifestyle changes. Such actions could result in insomnia.
