Well, I almost wrote it, but I didn’t. Still, who could be blamed for writing that about fibromyalgia headaches?

Fibromyalgia patients suffer from all sorts of pain issues, and one common issue is the headache. Headaches cause nausea, problems focusing, eye issues, and sleep disturbances.

Some causes of headaches for the general population are lack of sleep, hunger, and stress. When headaches happen only occasionally, it is easier to deal with the pain. But when they happen as frequently as they do in fibromyalgia, it is not so easy.

In fibromyalgia patients, three types of headaches occur.
