So recently we tried Sadie Nardini’s YouTube Yoga videos and highly enjoyed them. You might know Sadie from her numerous television appearances.
Her videos on YouTube are free and available for purchase elsewhere, which you can research online.
She does have beginner level videos as well as advanced levels. From time to time, she adds in other elements in a sort of cross-training style.
But the videos have helped some of us here at FibroDaily recover from strained muscles plus also reminded us to breathe correctly. (Remember, you do these videos at your own risk.)
If you’re new to yoga, look in your area for a LEGIT yoga teacher who understands the movement limitations caused by Fibromyalgia and start from there, so you can attend some classes and get a good third eye view of how to correct your movement. The last thing you want is a yoga teacher who operates like a drill instructor or endangers you. Start with the Yoga Alliance for more guidance about trained instructors in your area.
