One Pain Management Rule for Working Out

According to Dr. Kurt Meininger, it is possible to cut down on fibromyalgia pain while working out and also improve results with one simple exercise rule.

The rule to remember is: “…anterior muscles work opposite posterior muscles, left lateral muscles work opposite right lateral muscles, and left rotation muscles work opposite right rotation muscles.”

So opposites do attract!

Walking is one of the best exercises that for a patient to do while working on this.
