Allow yourself to flow.

Yoga benefits include better sleep, better focus, and less pain. Also, it puts you back in touch with your body and mind in a way that Fibromyalgia cuts you off from…so many people with Fibromyalgia are weighed down by pain and Fibro Fog that they forget to celebrate all the beautiful ways they function as complete human beings.

Moving and breathing can help regain a sense of that.
