Daily Activity Excercise Cuts Falls

An Australian study shows that seniors who do Lifestyle integrated Functional Exercise (LiFE) fall less than those who do a regular exercise routine a few times a week. There was a 31% fall reduction. It also shows that seniors who do the home based LiFE training stick to it more than a structured exercise program.
