Gender Differences Noted in Sleep Apnea Brain Damage Study

Sleep apnea brain damage shows clear distinctions among gender with women showing a higher degree of brain damage if they suffer from sleep apnea than men who suffer from the condition.

This news comes from a first-ever study conducted by the UCLA School of Nursing researchers and shows that women suffer from sleep apnea in a different way than men.
