Mayo Clinic researchers say that Ambien significantly increases the risk of hospital patients’ falls.

Ambien is a popular sleeping pill that is used in hospitals in the United States. But the findings have convinced the Mayo Clinic to focus on other non-drug sleep enhancement methods.

Though the article doesn’t focus on home use of Ambien, the findings do make one wonder about it. Some fibromyalgia patients use Ambien.
