So many of us complain about weight. Sometimes, it seems no matter what we do, the weight clings to us.
These last few years, brown fat has been a hot topic among weight-loss researchers. (If you’ve ever read Tim Ferris you might be familiar with the term, too.) Brown fat definitely sounds icky. However, it may lead to some non-icky results in regards to how you look and feel.
The following 2012 article from the New York Times provides a great intro the subject if interested in learning how to reset one’s metabolism and gain control of the scale…Many people with Fibromyalgia find cold and exercise unbearable, but others don’t like to be too hot or inactive. I am wondering if those with Fibromyalgia who find cold and exercise unbearable can build up a tolerance to cold exposure and exercise, reaping (possible) health benefits in the long run.
