New Sleep Study Reveals Surprising Senior Results

Most seniors sleep better than previously thought, according to a new five year study.

The seniors in the study report that they do not go to bed early in the evening, and generally sleep soundly between the hours of 11:30 PM-7:00 AM.

This means that not all seniors suffer sleep issues, and that sleep quality may be related more to the person than the age.
