Avoiding Alcohol Might Ease Alcoholic Bone Loss

Avoiding alcohol and taking part in physical activity might reverse bone loss brought on by alcoholism.

Bones undergo a continual remodeling process in order to rejuvenate. Drinking too much ceases this remodeling.

But now a new study shows that after just eight weeks of not drinking, the bones begin to remodel themselves once more.
