Robotic Caregivers Debut in Japan

Japanese society consists of a large percentage of what is termed the “super-aging”. The super-aging will soon need help with the day-to-day living challenges caused by aging. The Muscle Actuator Motor Company took this important factor into consideration when debuting their new caregiver robots at last month’s 39th Home Care & Rehabilitation Exhibition. The debut consisted of two caregiver robots, the robot lifter and the bodily waste removal system.

The caregiver robots offer endless possibilities not only for the aging, but for those who suffer debilitating chronic conditions and all human caregivers.
