Smaller Portions Delay Hunger and Craving

If you’ve ever traveled to France, you know that though the food is often quite delicious and rich, there seems to be less of an obesity epidemic in that country than in the United States. When you buy a croissant over there, it can’t double as a cot. People take the time to eat and enjoy their food, concentrating on the variety of flavors and textures.

There’s something to be said for eating small portions. And now, a new study shows that smaller portions delay hunger as well as larger portions. Fibromyalgia patients struggling to lose weight should keep portion size in mind.
