Sleep apnea and snoring have been linked to several health problems including heart disease and possible stroke, but a new study shows the snoring without sleep apnea does not present the same dangers.
The study comes from Woolcock Institute of Medical Research, in Australia.
It is still important to pay attention to snoring, but the problem is most people only know if they snore when someone else tells them. If the snoring is related to sleep apnea, it could still pose health problems.
