Vitamin D Guidelines Changed

The New Institute of Medicine guidelines state that 80 million Americans no longer need to take Vitamin D supplements.

People who suffer from a multitude of diseases from multiple sclerosis to fibromyalgia supplement their nutrition with Vitamin D supplements. It has long been believed that modern people do not get enough of it because of changing attitudes regarding the sun and the wide-spread use of sunscreen.

But the guidelines have been lowered.
