Sleeping less usually results in eating more.

So this probably means that many fibromyalgia patients find themselves making up for lost sleep by eating too much. Both sleep problems and weight gain occurs throughout the fibromyalgia community at alarming rates.

Breaking the cycle is essential to regaining your health.
