It utilizes raw body strength and requires excellent form and execution. The people in this video are experts who are leading a class for non-experts. However, this kind of workout even benefits someone who’s worked out for a long time.
Should a fibro patient build up to doing it?
Well, if possible, I don’t see why not. But as with most things, you should check with your doctor first.
If you haven’t worked out in a long time, you will need to build up to a workout like this slowly. Stopping and starting up again when able to breathe is perfectly understandable and part of the process, but never give up.
