After a while off, Fibromyalgia-Fitness is back with a new video about supplements. Eric recommends two supplements, though he doesn’t recommend specific products, just supplements. They are:

  • Whey Protein
  • Creatine—(but only if you are exercising!)

This video also covers mistakes that many Fibromyalgia patients make in the kitchen. Eric reveals some of what’s in his own kitchen and admits that someone was drinking vodka and cranberries at a recent gathering at his house, which explains why he has cranberry juice and which also leaves me wondering…was I at Eric’s house recently?!?

(I kid, I kid!)
