Of course, one of the best ways to fight Fibro fog is sleep.
However, in this busy day and age with all the Fibro issues that keep us from sleeping, who has time for that?!?
In all seriousness, beside getting enough sleep, try some of these fun solutions to fighting Fibro fog:
- Chess: The memorization of pieces and plays requires diligence, and is just the thing your brain and memory need to stay in shape. You will learn to think strategically, too!
- Crossword puzzles: Recalling words and definitions that fit into the appropriate squares will challenge and renew your brain and memory. It will also increase your vocabulary!
- Brainteasers and riddles: Brianteasers and riddles are fun to figure out alone or with others. Gather up the family and friends for good food and a brian/memory workout! There are many free brainteasers and riddles available online.
