Standing, sitting, sleeping, and breathing properly prove fundamental to keeping the body healthy. The body works as one unit, so all these things play into one healthy unit,the person.

Working on correct posture sets the foundation for the body. The video features excellent demonstrations on how to begin the journey to excellent posture. This lesson benefits fibromyalgia patients better than just about any video I’ve seen. There will be two other parts to this, posted over the next two days.

It begins with heels, for stabilization. The body is a precision instrument so you need to be precise with everything, including heels.
