- Sleep. This one is hard, because sleep is affected by fibromyalgia. But try to stay active enough to rest well at night. Buy mattresses and pillows that don’t irritate the body, so will aid in falling asleep.
- Deep Breathing: Breath from the center of the body, in a way that makes the stomach go in and out rather than up and down. this breathing is used by performers to reach their full breath capacity. It also soothes the nerves. This can be highly beneficial for fibromyalgia patients.
