- 50 jumping jacks
- 5 push-ups
- 20 mountain climbers
- 20 crunches
- a 30 second plank.
This routine will really get you up and energized for what the day brings! If you’ve done a workout and are about to shower, do this routine in-between. It will elevate your workout and goals. Just make sure to cool down before the shower!
