Quick Pre-Shower Energizer

Fitness expert Jennifer Nicole Lee recommends that before your shower, try doing:

  • 50 jumping jacks
  • 5 push-ups
  • 20 mountain climbers
  • 20 crunches
  • a 30 second plank.

This routine will really get you up and energized for what the day brings! If you’ve done a workout and are about to shower, do this routine in-between. It will elevate your workout and goals. Just make sure to cool down before the shower!
