Yoga is a wonderful way for fibromyalgia patients to maintain fitness and modify pain. For beginners, there are a few tips to keep in mind.

The right equipment is important. Make sure you have a block, blanket, a strap and a yoga mat.

Develop a daily stretch routine for the morning. It is a great way to prepare yourself for the challenges of the day.
Learn sun salutations, which should be added to this morning routine.

Aim for a full yoga session three times a week.

Wind down in corpse pose.
