Fibromyalgia patients need to workout in order to maintain their muscle tone, improve strength, and reduce pain. But what is the best way to stay hydrated during these workouts?

For moderate exercise, water will always be best for staying hydrated. Longer, strenuous workouts benefit from the extra carbohydrates found in sport drinks.
