It’s not always easy to do, but it’s an important aspect of treating emotional problems and depression.

There’s a proper name for not being able to describe emotions: Alexithymia. It’s commonly associated with diseases like fibromyalgia and other “mysterious” conditions. Watch this video to learn more about this problem and also excessive recognizing of moods. Both conditions make life hard to live.
