Confusion and an inability to remember things are common among fibromyalgia patients. Add aging to that mix, and it becomes much worse.

New evidence suggests that exercise helps protect the brain better than mental and leisure activities.

People in their 70′s who regularly work out show less brain shrinkage and less decline in memory and thinking skills.
