A new study by the National Sleep Foundation (NSF) says that hitting the gym close to bedtime may be the best solution to sleepless nights, going against much of what experts have said about not getting hyped-up before bedtime—including what the NSF has itself said in the past.

Whatever time you do it, there seems to be no way around it: exercise benefits everyone from ALS patients to fibromyalgia patients to trauma victims. It’s an imperative part of a healthy lifestyle.
