On the Twitter feed, we’re seeing a lot of our followers who are suffering from agonizing pain and movement issues. Of course, it’s not unexpected, but we want to offer ways to help people manage their pain and improve their lives. So we thought we’d repost a video from Fibro Fitness.
Fibro Fitness runs a free Fibro channel on YouTube. Fibro Fitness doesn’t post on a regular basis, but when it does post, the videos always consist of helpful movement and coping strategies.
