Grab a yoga mat, towel, or go to an area that you can get into a plank position in, one that will be comfortable on your elbows and knees.

Don’t worry if you don’t know what a plank position is because this video explains it. As always recommended with exercise videos, watch the video before attempting it. This will allow you to prep correctly.
