Spurts of exercises are a wonderful solution to working out when you have chronic pain.

That’s because spurts don’t put too much stress on the body or the mind. You shouldn’t rest too much between exercises because you do want some challenge, but you want to keep the overall pace of that short workout going.

(I suggest getting a mat for this workout because it includes knee push-ups.)
