Strength training helps suppress fibro symptoms. For this strength training exercise, you need dumbbells weighing between 3-15 pounds.

Watch the video before attempting the exercise! Keep that in mind, too, when doing a live class that is new to you. Watching before doing will improve your execution of the move as well as help prevent injury.
