Within the Fibromyalgia community, many patients have spoken positively about meditation. For these Fibro people, meditation serves as a valuable source for coping with pain and stress by generating openness, calm, and a flow of breath, which energizes and renews.
Therefore, I’ve collected some free YouTube videos that offer meditation guides. Please listen to them all and by all means, research Youtube and other sites for more of these guided meditations. You can alternate between them or stick to a favorite.
The point is just to do them faithfully and reap the benefits in all areas of your life, including Fibromyalgia.
