Instead of curling up on the couch, fibromyalgia patients should get physical. Anything from stretching to sexual activity should be enjoyed by women with fibromyalgia. Hydrotherapy should also be added to the physical activity rotation. The water does wonders for pain, providing no impact and a wider range of motion without clenching.
