So many people are suffering the inability to perform normal activities in their lives, both mentally and physically, due to fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS).
The expression of their fibro and CFS symptoms all derive from different underlying issues. To solve these problems, one has to look at the patient as an individual, rather than grouping everyone together expecting them to express their illness in the exact same way. Also, relying on one’s own naturally healing abilities is very important, rather than relying on energy drinks or fix-alls for everyone to get through an alarm state.
While the alarm state is great for immediate survival—i.e., being chased–it’s not good for everyday life.
