Become aware of the pelvic floor muscles; where they are and how to use them. These aren’t muscles that get talked about much at all, but they are important to the movement and strength of all humans.

Working out your pelvic floor muscles will aid in pain prevention, maintain sexual function as well as continence, and enhance strength and stability.
