Regular, Moderate Exercise Benefits Fibromyalgia

A new study from Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center says that moderate exercise on a regular basis does not worsen Fibromyalgia and may even make the pain lessen over time.

According to the study, light to moderate exercise not only lessens pain, but lessens fatigue and sleep troubles.
