Sleep Apnea Therapy May Help Depression

Sleep apnea therapy may work wonders on depression, too, according to Cleveland Clinic Sleep Disorders Center.

It is not uncommon to find both problems hand in hand; if a person suffers from one, they usually suffer from the other.

Patients who used positive airway therapy showed improvements in both conditions, according to the clinic’s research. Patients who stuck to the therapy exactly as prescribed showed much better results than those who didn’t.
