This routine requires the use of a yoga mat and a stability ball. Both of these items can be ordered online or bought at a sporting good store.
The video features soft music, but no vocal instruction. Even if it contained vocal instruction, I’d still recommend that you watch the video before attempting it. That’s a great benefit one gets from doing a video rather than a live class—you see what movements might need to be adjusted as well as become familiar with the routine so as to “flow”.
