Ok, first off:

Be patient!

This is not an easy exercise. It is a hard move. Watch the video through a few times to see it without the pressure of doing it at the same time. Pay attention to the pointers about how to take pressure off your neck.

A stability ball is needed for this exercise, so if you don’t have one, you will need to buy one online or at a local sporting goods store.
