We’ve posted videos from Fitness Blender before, and find them to be very beneficial. Each video provides a demo of the exercise as well as voiceover instruction. The videos do not feature music, but you can add your own once you know the routine.
This video provides a great chair workout. You need a chair (obviously!) and an optional dumbbell. “Optional” in this sense means you can use the dumbbell if you need the challenge. Doing it without the extra weight is a good workout, though.
